You can also cancel your certificate through your personal account under the Certificates section; however, account deletion is not available.

The Freelance Certificate for Productive Families is linked to the certificate issued by the National Platform for Productive Families. If that certificate is canceled, the Freelance Certificate will be automatically canceled as well.
